Hello Friends, today’s seed is going to be all about cleansing negative energy from your job, your friends, or even daily routines that you partake in.

I’m not saying quit everything you do and live at home in a bubble by yourself, but I do think cutting out things that don’t bring you happiness must go as soon as possible! I read something the other day that said: you control what you eat, you control what you wear, you control who you hang out with, and you control who you ultimately are. I don’t think people understand that they are really the ones with the power to make these decisions. Every decision you make can have a positive or negative impact on your life, so it’s a good thing you control your decisions!

There’s the good old saying if you don’t like it, fix it.

It is definitely easier said than done, but it’s a good word of advice that I think everyone needs to take. Say you go to your job that is 40+ hours a week and the only time you talk about your job is when your complaining about it. Instead of outright quitting and being unemployed, buy a nice suit and send your resume out like crazy. Putting yourself out there is the first step. You might not get your dream job after your first interview, but the more you push yourself, the easier interviewing will get, thus rewarding you with a satisfying job! I think making sure you are in a positive work environment is something people should really reinforce because you are spending the majority of your time there. Just remember work doesn’t have to be dreadful, you can fix it.

Friends — this is always a tricky one.

If you have been friends with someone for a year or even 15 years just know that you don’t owe them anything if they turn out to be toxic. You are not doing yourself or them a favor by trying to justify a toxic friendship. This is something I have struggled with in the past because it can be extremely uncomfortable especially if you don’t like confrontation. However, I also think sometimes confronting the person about something is a waste of time. If you want to leave the friendship and not have to give an explanation — that is completely okay. You don’t owe anyone an explanation for something that you believe is causing a negative impact on your life and well-being. Make sure you are in a supportive circle.

Your body is what you make of it, so if you wished you were 15 pounds lighter or lead a healthier lifestyle, you definitely can!

If you spend time to cook clean and workout a few times a week you can achieve your goals! It won’t happen overnight, unfortunately, but it will be well worth it in the end. Therefore, it is time to cut out the Oreos and replace it with something that will benefit you! Don’t get me wrong, I have a major sweet tooth, but I try to balance what I put into my body. Healthier foods will make you feel better in the long run and give you more energy. Cutting out junk food will eliminate the not-so-good feeling that you have after eating it. Your health should be your number one priority, so you don’t want to put anything in your body that doesn’t help it succeed. You make hundreds of decisions every day, so try to make sure you are making mostly good ones that will keep you, your mind, and body positive.

Just remember there is always room to grow!
